Booking, deposits, cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows — everything you need to know before your appointment at the studio.
Eye Go To Luigi is a one-artist, one-chair studio — when you book, that time is reserved exclusively for you. These policies keep things fair for every client and let me give you my full, undivided attention. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following.
All appointments are booked online through the booking widget and require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Your deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service — it is not an additional charge. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
Please book the service that best matches what you want. If you're unsure which lash or brow service is right for you, reach out before booking and I'll help you choose.
Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
With 24+ hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.
And if you'd like to come in sooner, moving up to an earlier time is always welcome — if a spot opens up, just reach out and I'll happily fit you in whenever there's availability.
Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice is considered a late cancellation. Because the spot was reserved just for you and there isn't time to fill it, the full service price will be charged.
There is a 15-minute grace period for every appointment — if you're running a few minutes behind, no problem, just let me know.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, there may not be enough time to complete your service properly, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. Because the time was reserved for you and another client could have booked that spot, the full service price still applies.
Arriving on time (or a few minutes early) ensures you get the full, unrushed experience you're paying for.
Missing your appointment without any notice is considered a no-show and will be charged at 100% of the booked service price.
A no-show means that reserved time can't be offered to another client, so this policy protects the small studio and keeps pricing fair for everyone.
As a solo lash & brow artist, I only take one client at a time — there's no second chair to absorb a last-minute gap. Late cancellations and no-shows mean reserved time that usually can't be rebooked.
These policies aren't about being strict; they're about respecting everyone's time so I can keep delivering the unhurried, detail-focused work my clients love. Thank you for understanding. 💕
